  • Free forever under 100 members
  • Online giving via Paystack — Fellowr takes no cut
  • iOS and Android apps, live today
  • Built in Nigeria
The Fellowr dashboard: 84 members, six new this month, giving and upcoming events at a glance
The core loop

Three steps to beat the spreadsheet.

A spreadsheet holds names. It doesn't tell you whose birthday is on Thursday.

  1. 01

    Add your people

Import the list you already have, or add members one at a time. The fields are the ones your church defines — not a schema someone else picked.

  2. 02

    Fellowr watches the calendar

Birthdays and anniversaries fire on an advance window your church sets — three days ahead by default.

  3. 03

    You reach out

The reminder goes to your admins, not to the member — a list of who to call this week, with days-until and status. The care stays human; only the remembering is automatic.

Everything that ships

23 modules. One price, set by how many members you have.

Not a highlight reel — the whole shipped surface, so you can see what “every plan” actually contains.

See the bands

* Marked items carry a limit that moves with your band — online giving a monthly ceiling, and the public page and Jo their own allowances. The bands below show what applies to yours.

Members & milestones

Never let anyone in your congregation feel forgotten.

Search the directory as you type. Keep the fields your church actually uses. See who has a milestone coming, how many days out, and whether the reminder went through.

  • Real-time search across your whole directory
  • Custom fields your church defines and renames
  • Reminder list with days-until and sent / failed status
The member directory: 84 members with search, birthdays and join dates
The giving dashboard: total giving, donors, fund breakdown and recent donations
Giving & finances

Fellowr takes no fee on giving. Ever.

Money moves donor → Paystack → your church's own bank account. Fellowr never holds your funds, and takes no percentage of what your congregation gives.

  • Funds, and batches that reconcile expected against actual
  • Per-member PDF statements, CSV and PDF reports
  • Expenses with receipts attached, budgets with traffic-light status

What online giving actually requires

A verified Paystack subaccount: CAC and SCUML documents, and a settlement account in the church's own registered name — never a pastor's or a trustee's personal account. That is a legal floor, not an upsell.

Online giving carries a monthly ceiling that rises with your band — a fraud control, not a feature. Giving you record by hand is never capped.

Recording giving by hand needs none of it. Batches, funds, the dashboard, statements, reports, expenses and budgets are there on every plan.

Events & ticketing

From “save the date” to scanning tickets at the door.

Set the event up once, with recurrence. Sell free or paid tickets in as many types as you need. Build the registration form the event actually requires. Then scan at the door with a live check-in count and walk-in registration for whoever turns up anyway.

  • The events list: three published events with dates, locations and registration counts

    01 — Create, with recurrence

  • Ticket types for one event: a free General type and a paid Reserved seat at 12 of 40 sold

02 — Tickets and the form

  • Check-in in progress: 36 of 62 attendees checked in, 26 remaining

03 — Scan at the door

  • Cancel a paid registration and the voucher issues automatically — no refund admin, no spreadsheet of who is owed what.

  • The ticketing fee, plainly: 3% on paid tickets only, capped at ₦500 a ticket, paid by the attendee, itemised separately from the Paystack fee. Free tickets cost nothing, ever.

Meet Jo

Ask your church's own data a question.

Jo answers in plain language about the church in front of it — who joined this month, which fund is behind, what the weekly digest picked up.

  • Jo is read-only, permanently and by design. It answers questions. It never changes your data.

  • Contact details never reach the model. Names and age bands only — no phone numbers, no addresses, no email.

Who joined us in the last month?
Six new members since 12 July. Four came in through the visitor form, two were added by an admin. Three haven't been assigned to a unit yet.
For your congregation

The whole Bible, and a verse every morning. No sign-in needed.

Reading scripture in Fellowr asks nothing of you — no account, no church, no follow. Open the app and keep reading where you stopped.

  • The King James Bible, with a continue-reading dock
  • Verse of the Day, at your own local midnight
  • Your church's devotional, at an hour you pick
  • Events, QR tickets and giving, from your phone
The Bible reader open at John 1 in the King James Version
The Today tab: Verse of the Day, your church's devotional, and a continue-reading dock
Trust & control

Your congregation's records, on your terms.

  • Who can see what

Fine-grained permissions, and custom roles the Owner writes. Owner-only actions are hidden, not greyed out — nobody browses what they can't do.

  • Getting in safely

Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app and backup codes, on the church app and the platform portal alike.

  • Your data is yours

Export your church's data yourself, whenever you want — deliberately still available to a suspended church. Leaving is not a support ticket.

New product — in development

Meet Stage by Fellowr.

Fellowr runs your week. Stage runs the hour on Sunday — a desktop presentation desk that puts songs and scripture on the big screen, works with the internet off, and listens for the passage your preacher names so the verse is ready before you can type it.

  • Songs, scripture and slides
  • Runs offline
  • Follows the sermon

Questions

The things churches actually ask us.

Anything missing? Write to jo@fellowr.app and a person answers.

  • Is it really free?

Yes, under 100 members, with no time limit. It is not a trial of a paid plan.

  • What does the trial cost?

Paid plans start with 14 free days. Starting one takes a one-time ₦100 card verification — that's the card check, not a subscription charge.

  • Who gets the reminders, and why admins?

Your admins do, on the advance window your church sets. A birthday message from a person means something; an automatic one from software doesn't. Fellowr remembers, you reach out.

  • Can I take offerings online?

Online giving runs through Paystack and needs a verified subaccount: CAC and SCUML documents, and a settlement account in the church's registered name. Recording giving by hand — batches, funds, statements, reports — is on every plan, including Free.

  • Is there a limit on online giving?

Yes — online card giving has a monthly processing ceiling, shown under the pricing table above. It is a fraud control rather than a plan feature, and giving you record by hand is never capped. Worth knowing before you rely on it: if a month's online giving passes the ceiling, donors' recurring gifts are cancelled outright rather than paused, and each donor has to set theirs up again.

  • Does Fellowr take a cut of our giving?

No — not a percentage of your giving, ever. Gifts settle to your own bank account; Paystack charges its own processing fee, and we never touch the money. Paid event tickets are the one place a Fellowr fee exists — 3%, capped at ₦500, paid by the attendee.

  • What if we leave?

Export your church's data yourself, any time, without asking us. The export stays available even if the account is suspended.

  • Can our members use it?

Yes — the Fellowr app is free on iOS and Android. They can read the whole Bible without an account at all, and once they follow your church they get your devotional, your events and their tickets.

Close the spreadsheet. Your church has outgrown it.

Set Fellowr up this week, on your own, without a migration project.

Free for small congregations, forever. 14-day free trial on all paid plans.
